Joseph’s Plan

Meanwhile on the other side of town two people were walking down fifth, street. There was a man walking on one side of the street and a woman walking on the opposite side. Both were making sure not to draw attention to themselves.

The woman stopped and looked around, she saw a man walking on the other side of the street, and she crossed the street quickly and walked behind him cautiously. The man heard footsteps and stopped, he turned around and once both the man and the woman recognized each other they made their way up the walkway to a house and knocked on the door.

Once again Gregory answered the door.

His nose had a large bump from where he’d hit the hardwood floor and his wrist was still in a cast

“Gregory may we come in?” asked Joseph calmly.

“Of course sir,” said Gregory nervously.

“Thank you.”

Both Joseph and Molly sat at his dining room table.

“Come Gregory, sit.”

“Yes sir.”

“As you can see Gregory, I am joined tonight by Molly.”

“Yes sir, and good to see you Molly.”

Molly said nothing, but gave him a dirty look.

“I expect that you’re wondering why we’re here and why I’m accompanied by Molly?”

“Yes sir.”

“Well, after getting to know Brenda, I’ve come up with a new plan.”

“A new plan sir?”

“Yes, tomorrow when Brenda comes along to an RA meeting with me, Molly will be there waiting for us. Then after the meeting comes to an end I’ll suggest that we’ll go out for a drive. Then once we’re all in the car, I will take Brenda up to Forest Pass and Molly and I will dispose of her.”

“That sounds like a good plan sir, but I don’t see why you’ve told me this?”

“I’ve told you this because you will meet us up at Forest Pass. It’s going to be your job to put Brenda’s body where no one will come across it accidentally.”

“Okay sir.”

“I expect you to be there when we arrive because, if you keep us waiting, you’ll go in the ground with Brenda.”

“Yes sir.”

“Good,”

“Sir?”

“Yes?”

“What about Jenny.”

“What about her?”

“Well she’ll wonder where Brenda is.”

“I’ll take care of that.”

“Alright,” said Gregory.

“Uh sir, what if the plan doesn’t work; then will you still go with your first plan?”

“Yes.”

“Alright,” said Gregory.

Both Joseph and Molly got up from the table and walked to the door.

As Joseph was shutting the door behind him, he said in a whisper,

“Don’t be late.”
